HR Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Allenstown, New Hampshire. This role is focused on driving recruitment efforts across various levels and ensuring a seamless hiring process. If you excel in full-cycle recruiting and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.<br>• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.<br>• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for roles.<br>• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.<br>• Maintain and utilize applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment workflows.<br>• Build and nurture relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.<br>• Create job postings and ensure they reach relevant platforms to attract a diverse applicant pool.<br>• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring strategies.<br>• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate or manufacturing environment.<br>• Strong ability to source candidates through various channels, including job boards and networking.<br>• Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications.<br>• Experience with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruitment records.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and candidates.<br>• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and analytics to drive improvements.<br>• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.<br>• Knowledge of current hiring trends and practices within the manufacturing industry.
