We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Allenstown, New Hampshire. This role is focused on driving recruitment efforts across various levels and ensuring a seamless hiring process. • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate or manufacturing environment.<br>• Strong ability to source candidates through various channels, including job boards and networking.<br>• Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications.<br>• Experience with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruitment records.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and candidates.<br>• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and analytics to drive improvements.<br>• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.<br>• Knowledge of current hiring trends and practices within the manufacturing industry.
