Systems Analyst 3
We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to join our team in Alexandria, Virginia. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to work remotely, supporting stakeholders in the Eastern and Central time zones. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in project governance, system testing, and organizational change management to ensure the smooth execution of technical and operational initiatives.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee project governance processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.<br>• Develop and implement technical plans for system design, deployment, and optimization.<br>• Coordinate and conduct comprehensive systems testing to evaluate functionality and performance.<br>• Facilitate stakeholder engagement to support project execution and organizational change.<br>• Collaborate with vendors to ensure successful integration and deployment of solutions.<br>• Analyze and refine planning processes to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.<br>• Manage organizational change initiatives to promote adoption and minimize disruptions.<br>• Prepare detailed documentation and reports to track progress and outcomes of technical projects.<br>• Utilize AB testing methods to assess system modifications and enhancements.<br>• Provide technical expertise to guide decision-making and resolve complex issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.<br>• Proven experience in project governance and stakeholder engagement.<br>• Strong knowledge of organizational change management principles and practices.<br>• Demonstrated ability to design and execute systems testing processes.<br>• Proficiency in developing and coordinating technical deployment plans.<br>• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.<br>• Familiarity with AB testing methodologies and their application in system evaluation.<br>• Ability to work independently and remotely within Eastern and Central time zones.
