Trust Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Trust Assistant to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This Contract to permanent position offers an opportunity to work in a meticulous financial environment, where you will play a key role in supporting trust operations. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks with precision and efficiency.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide administrative support for trust operations, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage data and create reports for trust-related activities.<br>• Maintain accurate records and documentation following established policies and procedures.<br>• Assist with light bookkeeping tasks, including using QuickBooks as needed.<br>• Handle day-to-day correspondence and communication with clients and internal teams.<br>• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements within trust operations.<br>• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiency.<br>• Conduct follow-ups on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.<br>• Manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.<br>• Basic knowledge of QuickBooks or willingness to learn.<br>• Previous administrative or office management experience, preferably in a financial or trust-related environment.<br>• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.<br>• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.<br>• Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities.<br>• High level of integrity and reliability, with a strong sense of initiative.<br>• Successful completion of a background and credit check.
