We are seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk in Albuquerque, NM. This role is responsible for calling customers to collect payments, answering incoming calls, inputting invoices, and keeping files organized while collaborating with the team to ensure smooth financial processes. Candidates should have at least one year of experience, be self-motivated, punctual, and a strong team player, with additional preference given to those holding a bachelor’s degree or more extensive experience. The position offers a Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm schedule with pay starting at $20 per hour depending on experience, along with benefits including health, dental, vision, paid time off, savings account options, and company-provided equipment.

• Minimum of one year of experience in accounts receivable or a related financial role. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage files and records effectively. • Self-motivated and punctual, with a proactive approach to work responsibilities. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members. • Familiarity with cash applications and commercial collections processes. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required. • Proficiency in billing functions and invoice management systems is an advantage.
