<p>We are looking for an experienced Plaintiff's Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney with over five years of experience to join our client's well-established law firm in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role involves managing cases from initial intake through settlement, with opportunities for both growth and financial reward. This role is mainly in-office and provides a base salary plus monthly bonuses based on net attorney's fees upon settlement.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Handle personal injury cases from client intake through settlement, ensuring thorough legal representation.</p><p>• Draft and review motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.</p><p>• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and guide them through the legal process.</p><p>• Negotiate settlements effectively to secure favorable outcomes for clients.</p><p>• Conduct comprehensive legal research and apply findings strategically to support case development.</p><p>• Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines to ensure timely case progression.</p><p>• Work closely with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure seamless case handling.</p><p>• Attend mediations and pre-litigation hearings as needed to advocate for clients' interests.</p><p>• Provide clear and consistent communication with clients regarding case status and next steps.</p>

<p>• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the New Mexico state bar.</p><p>• A minimum of five years of experience handling personal injury cases, specifically in pre-litigation.</p><p>• Strong background in civil litigation and a proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload.</p><p>• Proficiency in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documentation.</p><p>• Demonstrated expertise in representing personal injury plaintiffs.</p><p>• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.</p><p>• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.</p><p>• High level of organization and attention to detail to effectively manage case deadlines.</p>
