You’ll oversee corporate communications, media relations, executive messaging, and employee engagement initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that supports business goals and enhances brand reputation.</li><li>Lead internal communications efforts to foster transparency, alignment, and employee engagement.</li><li>Manage media relations, including press releases, interviews, and crisis communications.</li><li>Partner with executives to craft thought leadership content and strategic messaging.</li><li>Oversee digital communications, including social media, newsletters, and web content.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.</li><li>Monitor communication metrics and adjust strategies for optimal impact.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.</li><li>8+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, preferably in a leadership role.</li><li>Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.</li><li>Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional initiatives.</li><li>Experience with media relations and crisis communication.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence.</li><li>Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.</li></ul><p><br></p>
