Screensteps Administrator
<p>We are looking for a ScreenSteps Administrator to oversee and maintain our knowledge base system. This role is essential to ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of information for employees while fostering collaboration with subject matter experts. This is a Contract-to-permanent position located at any remote location throughout the country. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee user access and permissions within the ScreenSteps platform, ensuring security and proper role assignments.</p><p>• Perform thorough reviews of articles to guarantee clarity, consistency, and accuracy before they are published.</p><p>• Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and content creators to meet deadlines and produce high-quality content.</p><p>• Address employee comments and feedback within the knowledge base to foster engagement and resolve concerns.</p><p>• Monitor the implementation of user suggestions and ensure SMEs follow up on actionable feedback.</p><p>• Collaborate on the continuous improvement of the knowledge base system to enhance usability and content quality.</p><p>• Utilize ScreenSteps or equivalent tools, such as Salesforce, to manage and optimize the knowledge base.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with organizational standards for documentation and content management.</p>
• Experience with ScreenSteps or equivalent platforms, such as Salesforce.<br>• Proficiency in client-side scripting and API development.<br>• Strong ability to create and manage business requirement documents.<br>• Familiarity with configuration management processes and tools.<br>• Expertise in Salesforce development and related integrations.<br>• Solid understanding of content management systems (CMS) and knowledge base structures.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to ensure content quality.<br>• Effective communication skills to collaborate with SMEs and respond to employee feedback.
