Our client a global integrated services company is looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join their team in Toronto, Ontario. This role is ideal for an experienced finance detail oriented individual with expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize processes and deliver insightful financial analyses. Responsibilities:• Prepare and oversee the production of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.• Monitor and enhance internal controls related to financial reporting, ensuring consistent accuracy and reliability.• Manage the consolidation of financial data from various sources and provide detailed supporting schedules and analyses.• Develop detailed budgets, rolling forecasts, and multi-year financial projections to support strategic planning.• Investigate budget variances and collaborate with department heads to provide insightful explanations and recommendations.• Coordinate external reporting, including regulatory filings and compliance submissions, ensuring all deadlines are met.• Act as the primary contact for external partners such as auditors, tax consultants, and bankers, facilitating smooth communication and timely responses.• Lead the preparation of dashboards and analytical tools that aid in financial decision-making and organizational reporting.• Support the implementation of financial systems and identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency.• Manage insurance renewals, tax filings, and banking documentation in collaboration with external advisors.

· CPA designation or finalist required.· 5–10+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting, preferably in a multi-entity or complex environment.· Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS, ASPE).· Prior experience managing external audits and third-party relationships.· Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with QuickBooks accounting systems. · Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
