The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex financial processes and delivering insights that drive business success.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Prepare and manage comprehensive budgets and forecasts to support organizational goals.</p><p>• Conduct month-end closing activities, ensuring financial data is accurate and timely.</p><p>• Analyze variances between actual and forecasted financial results, identifying trends and areas for improvement.</p><p>• Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.</p><p>• Produce detailed financial reports to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.</p><p>• Utilize business systems and tools to streamline financial processes and reporting.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial data.</p><p>• Apply data mining techniques to uncover patterns and inform strategic decisions.</p><p>• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support decision-making and problem-solving.</p><p>• Review and enhance budgeting and planning processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.</p>
