We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our clients team in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the financial strategy and supporting the long-term growth objectives of the organization. Your expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting will be vital in driving informed decision-making and delivering valuable insights to senior leadership. Responsibilities:• Develop and manage multi-year corporate and financial plans that align with strategic growth objectives.• Create scenario-based models and conduct sensitivity analyses to assess risks and evaluate strategic opportunities.• Collaborate across departments to ensure financial plans accurately reflect operational goals and strategic priorities.• Design and deliver comprehensive presentations and decision-making materials tailored for senior leadership and stakeholders.• Enhance and refine financial models and templates to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.• Provide financial analysis and support for business development initiatives, including creating pitch materials.• Evaluate new development and management contracts by analyzing revenue streams, cost factors, and their impact on margins and returns.• Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and partnership evaluations through modeling, due diligence, and benchmarking.• Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to guide strategic positioning and decision-making.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with focus on Accounting or Finance · CPA, CFA, and / or CBV Designation or equivalent (or in the process of obtaining)· 2 - 4 years in financial analysis, FP& A, corporate development, or consulting· Advanced financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint skills· Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into increasing responsibility· Strong business judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skills
