You’ll be responsible for strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and enabling enterprise technology at scale across multiple international businesses.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and coach cross-functional teams, including managers, engineers, and analysts within ERP, CRM, ETL, and BI domains.</li><li>Develop and execute multi-year technology strategies to optimize enterprise systems, aligning with business goals.</li><li>Oversee the performance, security, and integration of Workday (Finance & HCM), Salesforce, and data warehousing solutions.</li><li>Partner with senior stakeholders to shape technology roadmaps and elevate operational excellence.</li><li>Design and implement policies, processes, and governance frameworks to ensure reliable and scalable technology ecosystems.</li><li>Manage vendor partnerships, contracts, and budgets efficiently.</li><li>Uphold best practices in data governance, focusing on data quality, privacy, and compliance.</li><li>Support program delivery with effective scoping, risk oversight, agile planning, and cross-team collaboration.</li><li>Address engineering challenges and architect robust, scalable solutions.</li><li>Track and report on KPIs, team progress, and enterprise system outcomes.</li><li>Drive talent development through mentorship, hiring, and leadership growth.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in managing technical teams and leaders.</li><li>At least 3 years overseeing complex ERP systems (Workday preferred) across Finance and HCM modules.</li><li>Strong expertise in enterprise applications, SaaS integrations, ETL, and BI platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with ERP tenant management, deployments, testing, security, and data migration.</li><li>Solid grasp of financial operation workflows as supported by ERP systems.</li><li>Knowledge of data modeling, warehousing, and reporting tools.</li><li>Experience managing vendor contracts and budgets.</li><li>Excellent communicator with the ability to convey technical information to all audiences.</li><li>Practical knowledge of data governance, privacy standards, and IT controls.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join?</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive base salary: $130,000–$180,000 CAD, plus annual performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.</li><li>People-first culture with robust recognition and well-being programs.</li><li>Additional perks, including extra leave, special travel/lifestyle benefits, and learning & development opportunities.</li><li>Play a pivotal role in shaping large-scale technology initiatives in a global multi-business environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
