<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Commerce.</li><li>CPA designation is required (Robert Half will ensure your professional designation credentials are in good standing before presentation to our client).</li><li>3+ years of progressive financial accounting experience.</li><li>Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.</li><li>Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Core Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent communicator and collaborator.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a big-picture perspective.</li><li>Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
