Receptionist
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented and welcoming Receptionist to join our client's team in Toronto, Ontario for a short-term contract position. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational and interpersonal skills to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced consulting environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.</p><p>• Answer and direct incoming calls on a multi-line switchboard promptly and accurately.</p><p>• Schedule and coordinate boardroom bookings, ensuring meeting spaces are prepared and equipped as needed.</p><p>• Provide refreshments for guests and ensure client areas are tidy and well-maintained.</p><p>• Handle mail distribution and courier services efficiently.</p><p>• Maintain an organized front desk area and manage administrative tasks as required.</p><p>• Support internal teams with scheduling and meeting coordination.</p><p>• Address inquiries and direct individuals to the appropriate staff or department.</p><p>• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.</p>
<p>• Previous experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant in a detail-oriented environment.</p><p>• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems.</p><p>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate meetings and manage schedules.</p><p>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p><p>• A customer-focused attitude with the ability to build positive relationships.</p><p>• Familiarity with client-server environments is an asset.</p><p>• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.</p><p>• High level of professionalism and discretion.</p>
