We are looking for a Payroll Analyst to support payroll operations for our client in Toronto, Ontario. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who combines strong technical payroll knowledge with hands-on experience using leading payroll and accounting platforms. The successful candidate will help ensure employees are paid accurately and on time while supporting compliance, benefits administration, and payroll reporting. Responsibilities:• Assist with payroll system updates or related process changes as needed while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.• Process bi-weekly payroll for a large, multi-provincial payroll across Canada• Handle employee payroll inquiries through ticketing system• Pull and balance employee hours• Verify payroll taxes and ensure payroll accuracy• Process union payroll across multiple unions• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address payroll inquiries and improve day-to-day payroll processes.

• 3–5+ years of high-volume Payroll experience required• Bilingualism (English/French) is considered a very strong asset!• Knowledge of Canadian payroll regulations• Experience with union payroll is preferred• Strong reporting and data analysis skills• Proficiency with Payroll systems• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
