Payroll Administrator
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. In this long-term contract role, you will support payroll operations by collecting and verifying data, ensuring accuracy in payroll-related tasks, and collaborating with team members to maintain smooth processes. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in payroll functions and familiarity with systems like ADP Workforce Now.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Gather and review employee data to ensure accuracy and completeness for payroll processing.<br>• Assist in managing payroll-related tasks, including verifying hours worked and identifying discrepancies.<br>• Support the administration of benefits programs by maintaining accurate records and resolving inquiries.<br>• Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.<br>• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.<br>• Monitor payroll schedules and deadlines to ensure timely submissions.<br>• Provide assistance with audits and reporting requirements as needed.<br>• Address payroll-related questions and provide clear communication to employees.<br>• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to support payroll activities and streamline processes.
<p>• 1+ years of previous experience in Payroll.</p><p>• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems.</p><p>• Understanding of payroll functions and benefit administration.</p><p>• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.</p><p>• Excellent organizational and time management skills.</p><p>• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.</p><p>• Knowledge of relevant payroll regulations and compliance standards.</p><p>• Effective communication skills for working with team members and responding to employee inquiries.</p>
