Office Admin
<p>We are looking for an organized and meticulous Office Admin to join our clients team on a contract basis in Surrey, British Columbia. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations, collaborating closely with team members to meet organizational goals. This is an in-office position with free parking available for your convenience.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track technician schedules, names, and workdays.</p><p>• Create and format estimates using Word documents, ensuring they are on company letterhead before sending them to clients.</p><p>• Organize and file documents, both digitally and physically, to maintain accurate records.</p><p>• Coordinate with the scheduler and work alongside two existing administrative coordinators.</p><p>• Answer inbound calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.</p><p>• Schedule appointments and manage calendars to optimize daily operations.</p><p>• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy to support various business functions.</p><p>• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries.</p>
• At least 1 year of administrative experience, with a minimum of 6 months in a similar role.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.<br>• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.<br>• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Experience in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.<br>• A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
