Responsibilities:• Manage accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.• Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.• Prepare and record journal entries to maintain precise financial records.• Handle bank deposits and ensure proper documentation.• Utilize advanced Excel and Sage software for comprehensive financial reporting and analysis.• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting workflows and improve efficiency.• Support payroll processing, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for organizational review.• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to accounting standards.• Proactively address discrepancies and resolve financial issues.

Qualifications:• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.• Proficiency in accounting software systems such as Sage, ADP, and Ceridian.• Strong expertise in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.• Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting.• Familiarity with ERP systems and Concur for financial management.• Experience with payroll and payment processing procedures.• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all accounting tasks.• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
