• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.• Proficiency in accounting software systems, ERP platforms, and CRM tools.• Strong understanding of invoice processing, payment collection, and financial reconciliation.• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and internal teams.• Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking to resolve complex financial issues.• Familiarity with global business practices and multi-currency transactions is an asset.• Knowledge of customer service principles with a focus on client satisfaction.• Experience with proprietary systems or similar software tools is preferred.
