The select candidate will be responsible for tax return preparation, data analytics and process documentation surrounding direct and indirect tax compliance and audits as applicable on a global basis.<br><br>Duties/Responsibilities:<br>• Preparing and submitting work papers, allocations, and tax returns (federal, state, and/or international) including income, property, sales & use, excise tax and other reporting obligations<br>• Research and understand potential impact of tax legislation changes<br>• Responsible for gathering and analyzing data requirements<br>• Participate in streamlining and improving tax reporting processes<br>• Support direct and indirect tax audit data compilation<br>• Support customer tax setups and tax determination<br>• Assist with cross-functional tax department projects and work closely with accounting contacts<br>Required Skills/Abilities: <br>• Proficiency with one or more accounting systems, including the ability to assimilate new software applications easily<br>• Advanced-level Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary in order to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience<br>• Ability to collaborate with team members<br>• Ability to effectively manage and execute multiple tasks, projects and priorities<br>• Strong attention to detail and accuracy<br>• Ability to provide exceptional customer service<br>• Ability to identify issues, compare data, investigate and resolve discrepancies<br>• Proven analytical problem solver<br>• Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic<br><br>Education and Experience:<br>• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in corporate accounting or a tax department; those close to receiving a degree + internship experience will be considered<br>• 2 years' experience, internship experience included, with federal income tax compliance or related tax reporting preferred

This role oversees end-to-end payroll activities for a large employee population, supports process improvements, and serves as a key resource for payroll-related questions across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong technical payroll knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to work closely with Human Resources, accounting, and system partners to maintain reliable payroll performance.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee daily payroll operations to help ensure timely and accurate processing while maintaining alignment with applicable federal and state payroll regulations.<br>• Monitor payroll system performance, strengthen internal controls, and coordinate with Human Resources and other stakeholders to support compliant payroll practices.<br>• Analyze payroll-related issues, recommend practical solutions, and assist with evaluating, configuring, and testing process or application updates.<br>• Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities for workflow improvement and help implement enhancements that increase efficiency and accuracy.<br>• Work directly with external consultants or system support resources to troubleshoot payroll system concerns and resolve operational issues.<br>• Serve as an internal payroll expert by advising on complex payroll matters, supporting leadership, and promoting consistent execution of payroll procedures.<br>• Review, validate, and maintain payroll data, including earnings, deductions, tax details, benefits, and other employee record changes.<br>• Prepare standard and ad hoc payroll reporting for management, accounting, Human Resources, and other internal business partners.<br>• Provide backup support for payroll processing tasks such as paycheck production, direct deposit transmission, account balancing, discrepancy resolution, and third-party sick pay reconciliation for W-2 accuracy.<br>• Document and update payroll procedures, protect confidential employee information, and contribute to team success through knowledge sharing and additional assigned duties.
