  • <p>Compliance Analyst – Contract</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> El Segundo, CA</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | 40 hours/week</p><p><strong>Work Arrangement:</strong> Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week; <strong>Tuesday and Wednesday are mandatory onsite days</strong></p><p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $25–$28/hour</p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> Contract through the end of 2026</p><p><strong>Start Date:</strong> <strong>ASAP – ideally this week</strong></p><p>About the Role</p><p>We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented <strong>Compliance Analyst</strong> to support the Compliance, Risk Management, and Legal teams of a leading logistics and transportation company.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in <strong>data entry, administrative support, customer/client onboarding, operations, document processing, or database management</strong> who is interested in gaining exposure to compliance and risk management.</p><p><strong>Direct compliance experience is not required.</strong> The ideal candidate is a quick learner who is comfortable working with detailed information, following established processes, maintaining accurate records, and identifying missing or inconsistent information.</p><p>What You&#39;ll Do</p><p>The day-to-day responsibilities will be focused on <strong>data entry, documentation, client onboarding, and database maintenance</strong>, including:</p><ul><li>Enter and maintain accurate client and vendor information in internal databases</li><li>Review documentation to ensure information is complete and accurate</li><li>Assist with <strong>new client onboarding and account setup</strong></li><li>Process onboarding documentation and follow up on missing information</li><li>Maintain and update vendor records and databases</li><li>Process and track cargo insurance requests</li><li>Assist with vendor management and insurance-related activities</li><li>Organize and maintain compliance documentation and records</li><li>Identify discrepancies, incomplete information, or potential issues and escalate appropriately</li><li>Provide administrative and data support to the Compliance, Risk Management, and Legal teams</li><li>Assist with regulatory and compliance-related projects, including TSA, CTPAT, ESG, and other initiatives as needed</li></ul><p>Ideal Skill Set</p><ul><li>Strong <strong>data entry and database management</strong> skills</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Comfortable reviewing documents and identifying missing information</li><li>Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li><li>Ability to follow established procedures and processes</li><li>Strong follow-through and ability to meet deadlines</li><li>Comfortable working with confidential or sensitive information</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li>Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly</li><li>Professional, positive, and team-oriented approach</li></ul><p> </p>
