Responsibilities: • Process checks and wire transfers through S4Hana, ensuring accurate vendor postings. • Respond to inquiries regarding the status of check and wire requests. • Track and reconcile credit entries related to check and wire receipts. • Conduct monthly reviews of legal cost centers and make necessary journal corrections. • Serve as a backup for the electronic billing process, including onboarding new law firms and vendors. • Ensure compliance with electronic billing submission guidelines for all e-Billing firms. • Review and adjust electronic invoices in collaboration with external firms and internal teams. • Handle vendor refund checks, settlement awards, and vendor credits while maintaining accurate records. • Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports, including outside spend analysis and legal metrics. • Assist in developing and managing the legal operating budget and outside counsel allocations.
