This person will drive Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure consistent delivery across teams. You will also collaborate with an offshore development group (no direct management responsibilities).</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, retros, backlog refinement, etc.</p><p>• Support multiple Scrum teams simultaneously and maintain alignment across workstreams.</p><p>• Manage and coordinate release schedules; ensure milestones and dependencies are clearly tracked.</p><p>• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.</p><p>• Proactively remove impediments and coach teams on Agile best practices.</p><p>• Maintain transparency through dashboards, metrics, and reporting.</p><p>• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure work continuity (no direct people management).</p>
