The ideal candidate brings solid Microsoft 365 and Windows support experience, communicates well with users at all levels, and approaches technical challenges with a service-focused mindset.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Deliver first-line support for desktop hardware, software applications, printers, and other employee technology tools.<br>• Diagnose and resolve issues involving Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and general end-user computing environments.<br>• Assist with the operation and basic support of virtual machines, including work within Hyper-V-based environments.<br>• Prepare, configure, and deploy workstations while setting up user access and accounts for new or existing employees.<br>• Monitor and address service desk requests in a timely manner, prioritizing incidents to minimize disruption to business operations.<br>• Route more advanced or specialized technical problems to senior IT team members when additional expertise is required.<br>• Provide clear, detail-focused assistance to staff across the business, including senior leadership and executive-level users.<br>• Perform foundational troubleshooting related to network connectivity, computer hardware, and system performance issues.<br>• Maintain accurate records of support activity, documenting reported issues, actions taken, and final resolutions.
<p>We are looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team and provide reliable, responsive technical support to employees across the United States. This role will provide first- and second-line IT support while supporting hardware, software, Microsoft 365, employee onboarding, and cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting and customer service skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical users.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide first- and second-line IT support to employees across the US, including troubleshooting, user setup, and resolution of technical issues.</p><p>• Support Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Copilot.</p><p>• Provide technical support for internally developed applications and escalate complex issues when appropriate.</p><p>• Set up, configure, deploy, maintain, and repair laptops, desktops, peripherals, and other IT equipment.</p><p>• Prepare employee technology, accounts, software, and access as part of the onboarding process.</p><p>• Manage IT requirements throughout the employee lifecycle, including employee onboarding, transfers, equipment changes, and offboarding.</p><p>• Configure workstations for both office-based and remote employees, including desk moves and office reconfigurations.</p><p>• Support meeting rooms and collaboration spaces, including audio-visual equipment, video conferencing, and related technology.</p><p>• Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and ensure equipment is properly tracked, allocated, and maintained.</p><p>• Install, configure, update, and maintain hardware and software in accordance with company policies and standards.</p><p>• Work closely with managed service providers and external technology partners to coordinate and resolve technical issues.</p><p>• Monitor recurring support issues and identify opportunities to improve the employee technology experience.</p><p>• Identify opportunities for process improvement and appropriate automation using existing technology tools.</p><p>• Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, assets, configurations, and support activities.</p><p>• Promote strong IT practices, security awareness, and appropriate technology usage across the organization.</p><p>• During the first 30–90 days, learn internally developed applications and the cloud infrastructure supporting web-based applications, including how applications are deployed, configured, and maintained.</p><p><br></p>
