- <p>I am looking for an IT Support Specialist that can deliver high-volume, walk-up IT support in a manufacturing environment, resolving real-time technical issues for end users and production staff. This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring a seamless user experience and timely resolution of incidents.
