<p>We are looking for a Data Analyst to support the creation, maintenance, and analysis of custom-formatted data reports that drive business decisions and operational improvements. This role will be responsible for transforming project requirements into actionable reporting solutions, managing the complete data lifecycle, and providing meaningful insights to Project Managers and stakeholders.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have experience working with large and complex datasets, strong SQL skills, excellent analytical abilities, and prior experience within the banking or financial services industry. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can evaluate business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend data-driven solutions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Translate business and project requirements into customized data reports and dashboards.</p><p>· Manage the end-to-end data generation lifecycle, including data extraction, validation, transformation, reporting, and documentation.</p><p>· Analyze business processes and identify data-driven opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.</p><p>· Develop, create, and maintain SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.</p><p>· Perform data audits to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy across multiple data sources.</p><p>· Identify data anomalies, gaps, quality issues, and reporting discrepancies and coordinate resolution efforts with stakeholders.</p><p>· Provide critical insights and reporting summaries to Project Managers and business leaders.</p><p>· Support data quality initiatives through systematic review processes and implementation of data controls.</p><p>· Analyze trends, metrics, and operational performance indicators to support strategic business decisions.</p><p>· Maintain thorough process documentation, reporting standards, and data governance practices.</p><p>· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate business requirements and reporting outputs.</p>
