We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a contract basis in Tukwila, Washington. In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, including payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and intercompany accounting. This position is ideal for someone with strong QuickBooks Desktop and Excel proficiency who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate financial records.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Enter and maintain precise financial records using QuickBooks Desktop.<br>• Process payroll for three salaried employees, including manual timecard management via Excel and coordination with the accounting firm for final processing.<br>• Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure timely updates.<br>• Manage accounts receivable processes such as batching, coding, and processing payments and checks.<br>• Handle intercompany accounting activities across four separate entities.<br>• Process approximately 100 payables per month, including checks, wire transfers, and other payment methods.<br>• Reconcile bank accounts and assist with banking-related tasks as needed.<br>• Collaborate closely with the company’s external financial partners to address complex financial and tax matters.<br>• Provide support for various accounting tasks to ensure smooth financial operations.
