The Sr. Property Accounting Manager will oversee financial accounting, administration, financial close processes, reconciliations, and strategic analysis. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, implement process improvements, and contribute to the organization's financial strategy and potential to be promoted to Director of Accounting.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage the financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of reports.</p><p>• Review and approve journal entries, budgets, payroll, and expense allocations, while identifying and resolving discrepancies.</p><p>• Oversee the integrity of the general ledger, including intercompany transactions, loan schedules, and reconciliations.</p><p>• Conduct and manage bank reconciliations, wire transfers, mortgage payments, and financial disbursements to ensure compliance.</p><p>• Monitor cash security processes, including disbursement approvals and account reconciliations.</p><p>• Provide financial data and reports to support transactions, financing, and capital planning initiatives.</p><p>• Lead financial analysis to assess revenue and expenditure trends, optimizing organizational financial performance.</p><p>• Collaborate with external auditors and CPAs to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal accounting policies.</p><p>• Mentor and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering growth and accountability.</p><p>• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.</p>
