The ideal candidate brings strong organization, sound judgment, and a customer-focused approach to managing changing priorities throughout the day.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate and assign service calls and project work to technicians by balancing availability, skill set, location, and service urgency.<br>• Update the daily schedule as conditions change, including emergency requests, cancellations, delays, and shifting customer needs.<br>• Track field activity and adjust routing or assignments to support timely service and efficient technician utilization.<br>• Confirm appointments with customers, provide arrival window updates, and respond professionally to scheduling-related questions.<br>• Maintain regular communication with technicians to relay job details, status updates, material needs, and any changes to planned work.<br>• Partner with supervisors and internal teams to prioritize open requests and align resources with operational demands.<br>• Enter and maintain accurate work orders, customer information, and service records within dispatch or field service software.<br>• Review completed documentation for accuracy and completeness, and prepare schedules, reports, and related operational records as needed.
