<p>We are seeking a Senior Risk Analyst Contractor to support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives across a wide range of programs and projects. This role plays a key part in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in risk analysis, governance, and internal controls, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Support enterprise-wide risk management efforts across business units and vendor engagements.</li><li>Maintain and update risk records and documentation within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) system.</li><li>Represent the Risk function in project teams to ensure appropriate risk oversight on key initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop risk-informed solutions.</li><li>Conduct interviews with business units to document processes, risks, and controls.</li><li>Assist in the development and maintenance of ERM policies and procedures.</li><li>Support internal controls documentation, including risk assessments and control narratives.</li><li>Facilitate the full risk management lifecycle: identification, analysis, response, reporting, monitoring, and certification.</li><li>Contribute to third-party risk management processes in collaboration with Procurement, Legal, and Information Security.</li><li>Partner with the Information Security Office to support the organization’s security program.</li><li>Assist with business continuity and disaster recovery planning, including updates to the Business Impact Analysis (BIA).</li></ul>
