- <p>We are seeking a detail-oriented <strong>Commercial Loan Services Specialist</strong> to support our Commercial and Corporate Lending teams. This position plays a critical role in ensuring commercial loans are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial lending, loan documentation, loan processing, or banking operations and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Manage commercial loans from approval through closing, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing.</li><li>Research, order, collect, and review required loan documentation for pre-closing and closing activities.</li><li>Prepare and coordinate loan-related documents, including:</li><li>Commitment letters</li><li>Amendments</li><li>Line of credit renewal letters</li><li>Letters of credit</li><li>Other commercial lending documentation</li><li>Coordinate with Loan Processing to ensure timely and accurate system entry of loan information.</li><li>Review internally prepared and attorney-prepared loan documents and follow up on any outstanding items.</li><li>Track and maintain documentation for various commercial loan products, including:</li><li>Construction loans</li><li>Multiple advance lines of credit</li><li>Draw-down loan facilities</li><li>Monitor loan compliance requirements, approvals, disbursements, and lien positions to ensure adherence to loan terms.</li><li>Support the disbursement of loan proceeds while maintaining compliance with bank policies and procedures.</li><li>Communicate with customers to obtain information and documentation needed to complete loan processing.</li><li>Attend loan closings when requested.</li><li>Provide administrative and operational support to Commercial and Corporate Loan Officers.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to ensure exceptional service and efficient loan administration.</li></ul><p><br></p>
