If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for delivering high-quality technical solutions, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Serve as the primary escalation point for resolving advanced technical issues and critical incidents.<br>• Diagnose and support Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure Active Directory environments.<br>• Configure, manage, and optimize virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware.<br>• Design and secure network infrastructure components, including routers, firewalls, and switches.<br>• Conduct root cause analysis and implement measures to prevent recurring technical and security issues.<br>• Manage backup solutions, disaster recovery systems, and security platforms in compliance with policies and service-level agreements.<br>• Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support as needed.<br>• Deliver infrastructure projects, including Office 365 and Google Workspace implementations and data migrations.<br>• Plan and execute network setups and upgrades for new and existing clients.<br>• Ensure accurate documentation and process adherence during project handoffs and updates.
