ADP payroll experience a must. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage the month-end closing process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.</p><p>• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts, ensuring all entries are properly recorded.</p><p>• Prepare and post journal entries while verifying supporting documentation.</p><p>• Perform account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.</p><p>• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between internal records and bank statements.</p><p>• Analyze financial data to support accurate reporting and decision-making.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and enhance efficiency.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.</p><p>• Assist with audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.</p><p>• Provide support for special projects or additional accounting tasks as needed.</p>
