Marketing Project Manager We are seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing media and entertainment organization in Nashville, TN. This role will lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and creative projects from initial intake through final delivery, partnering closely with Marketing, Creative, Editorial, Production, Paid Media, and other cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings experience from an advertising, creative, or similarly fast-paced agency environment and knows how to keep complex, highly visible projects moving forward. This individual will own project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, approvals, and day-to-day workflow while balancing multiple concurrent initiatives and shifting priorities. Projects may span integrated campaigns, creative development, digital and social initiatives, paid media, and production/content launches. You'll facilitate kickoffs and creative reviews, identify risks and roadblocks, coordinate resources, maintain project status and reporting, and ensure stakeholders remain aligned from concept through final delivery. The right person is highly organized, collaborative, proactive, and comfortable holding cross-functional teams accountable to deadlines. We're less concerned with formal PM certifications and more interested in someone who has successfully managed marketing and creative work in the real world and understands how agency-style teams operate.
