In this role, you will help create a welcoming, well-organized experience for employees, guests, and service partners while contributing to daily operations before the workday begins.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Deliver an exceptional front-of-house and workplace experience by greeting employees and visitors, responding to requests, and providing attentive day-to-day support.</p><p>• Perform regular inspections of shared spaces and service areas to identify needs, maintain presentation standards, and help ensure services meet established expectations.</p><p>• Coordinate meeting room and event setup activities, including rearranging chairs, desks, and furniture resets for workplace functions and office needs.</p><p>• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support smooth service delivery across workplace operations, facilities, and related client services.</p><p>• Communicate proactively with clients, colleagues, and service providers to address concerns early, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a high standard of service.</p><p>• Assist with light maintenance-related tasks and basic troubleshooting when on-site support resources are limited, escalating larger issues as needed.</p><p>• Track service activity, operational updates, and workplace observations through clear reporting and documentation using standard office tools.</p><p>• Support performance-focused workplace operations by following policies, service procedures, and applicable regulations while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.</p>
