This highly organized Administrative Assistant will support daily operations within a fast-paced financial services environment while playing a key role assisting with administrative tasks, client interactions, and internal processes. This role will consist of maintaining and updating internal records, draft and distribute internal and external communications, prepare meeting materials, create event agendas, cover the reception area as needed, and assist other staff with administrative tasks.
