We are looking for a detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to support daily front-of-house operations for a real estate organization in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a Contract position that requires a welcoming presence, strong communication skills, and a consistent approach to maintaining an organized reception environment. The individual in this role will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while helping ensure shared spaces remain presentable and well supplied.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome guests and tenants in a courteous manner, provide direction as needed, and create a positive first impression at the front desk.<br>• Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, route inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and take accurate messages when necessary.<br>• Oversee the reception area throughout the day by keeping it orderly, well maintained, and ready for visitors.<br>• Replenish supplies in shared spaces and monitor common areas to ensure they remain clean, stocked, and functional.<br>• Assist with general concierge-style support by responding to routine questions and helping visitors navigate the office environment.<br>• Track front desk activity and communicate important visitor or call-related updates to internal team members as appropriate.
