In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in handling various aspects of accounting, including accounts payable and receivable. Responsibilities: • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and timeliness. • Prepare and review journal entries to ensure proper recording of financial data. • Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify and balance accounts. • Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all entries are correctly categorized. • Analyze financial statements and reports to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations. • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes to meet reporting deadlines. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. • Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
