Candidates must be open to night shifts, extended hours, and be available immediately.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance MES systems.</li><li>Configure and maintain MES devices, printers, scanners, and related hardware.</li><li>Gather MES requirements, translate them into technical specs, create documentation, maintain SQL jobs, and manage rollouts.</li><li>Support integrated systems such as JIS sequence, Paint Shop, AIB, and HMI.</li><li>Perform basic infrastructure and network troubleshooting.</li><li>Manage IT/MES projects, assign tasks, and oversee team and shift schedules.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
<ul><li>Support daily HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee record maintenance.</li><li>Coordinate recruitment and hiring processes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.</li><li>Assist in HR policy implementation, compliance, and documentation.</li><li>Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.</li><li>Help organize training sessions and employee engagement initiatives.</li><li>Maintain HR databases and generate standard and ad-hoc reports as needed.</li></ul><p><br></p>
