This role will consist largely of partnering with the sales team and offer support on inside sales activities such as coordination of cargo forecasts and deliveries, prioritization and allocation of vessel space and maintaining customer contracts, tariffs and schedules. Also responsible for cargo quality improvement and customer damage claims. In addition, and as support to outside sales, the Sales Support Specialist will visit to client’s sites and have direct interactions with key stakeholders of our customers in order to understand the customers' needs, inform customers about the Company's offerings, and make suggestions for how the Company's services can effectively suit the customer’s needs.<br><br>Job Responsibilities: <br>• Maintain and initiate contact with existing working level customers to coordinate cargo deliveries.<br>• Maintain accurate customer profiles and files. Share with overseas MOL RORO sales groups.<br>• Review and process new customer registration forms to ensure all required information is complete and accurate.<br>• Review monthly tonnage plans with LM and KAM.
