The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in quality assurance processes, a strong understanding of annuity systems, and expertise in testing tools and methodologies.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Perform thorough testing of agent-facing applications to ensure policy submission workflows are accurate and efficient.</p><p>• Validate policy inputs and system behaviors using tools like AN4, Affirm, and FireLight.</p><p>• Support document scanning processes, including indexing pages, locating documents in Ignite, and ensuring proper routing.</p><p>• Conduct testing for both physical scanner operations and digital drag-and-drop scanning workflows.</p><p>• Maintain regression test suites for assigned applications and ensure test cases align with business requirements.</p><p>• Utilize Jira for tracking and managing test cases and defects.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to improve QA processes and implement new testing techniques.</p><p>• Apply mathematical skills and attention to detail to analyze and synthesize complex information.</p><p>• Ensure customer service excellence by providing clear communication and addressing inquiries effectively.</p><p>• Drive improvements in testing tools and methodologies while adhering to the software development life cycle.</p>
