This is a very hands-on role. The organization provides incredible benefits and paid time off. <br><br>The organization is considering strong current Senior Accountants, Accounting Managers, Assistant Controllers and Controllers for the role. <br><br>This is a hands-on, “soup to nuts” type role. Responsibilities include general ledger account reconciliation, month end close, monthly and quarterly reporting, budge preparation and analysis, working with the external CPA firm on the annual audit processing payroll and even Accounts Payable. <br><br>Minimum requirements include a BS in Accounting or Finance, strong GAAP accounting and reporting, month end close experience and the willingness to be very hands on doing AP and processing payroll. Nonprofit experience is only a plus. They also want someone who can take on the CFO in several years.
