<p>Join our client's team as an Event Coordinator and play a key role in delivering engaging events. In this position, you will help plan, organize, and execute a variety of events—including tradeshows, expositions, summits, conferences, and workshops—ensuring an exceptional experience for attendees every time. You’ll collaborate with teams across marketing, content, engineering, and more, managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Starting with coordinating our exhibition and summit initiatives, you’ll also have the opportunity to expand into other event and marketing projects as your interests and experience grow.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a full-time, fully onsite position in Wilmington MA. Salary is 55-60K. Looking for someone with 1+ years of corporate events experience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage several projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting</li><li>Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to define event goals and target audiences, ensuring alignment and consistency across all event activities</li><li>Support all aspects of event planning, from research and logistics to booking travel and accommodations for offsite participants</li><li>Assist in developing event agendas, schedules, and coordinating promotional materials such as email invitations and branded content</li><li>Oversee event registration and communication to guarantee a smooth and welcoming experience for attendees</li><li>Keep well-organized records and maintain resources related to event planning and execution</li><li>Build strong relationships with colleagues and external vendors to ensure event success</li></ul>
