<p>Our client is seeking a hands-on IT professional to provide advanced desktop support while assisting with the administration of core infrastructure systems. This role is 100% onsite and offers a mix of end-user support, systems administration, networking, and IT operations.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary escalation point for desktop, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.</li><li>Support Windows desktops, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, user accounts, and access management.</li><li>Assist with Windows Server administration, backups, patching, system monitoring, and security initiatives.</li><li>Support network infrastructure including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, wireless connectivity, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Deploy and maintain IT hardware, software, and business applications.</li><li>Partner with vendors, maintain documentation, and support infrastructure projects and upgrades.</li></ul>

The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud administration, system automation, and engineering software, playing a critical role in ensuring high performance and reliability of our systems.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong> </li><li>Configure and manage AWS EC2 instances for optimal performance and security. </li><li>Administer cloud user accounts, permissions, and access controls. </li><li>Develop and maintain infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation templates. </li><li>Perform Windows and Linux system administration, including patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting. </li><li>Install, configure, and maintain CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) applications in cloud environments. </li><li>Administer and maintain NetApp storage systems and enterprise file shares, ensuring availability, performance, and data integrity. </li><li>Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services. </li><li>Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and scalability of cloud resources. </li></ul><p><br></p>
