  • We are looking for an AML Compliance Analyst to support compliance quality review activities in Westerville, Ohio. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can interpret risk standards, apply sound judgment, and evaluate alert-handling decisions with a high level of accuracy. The role requires strong analytical thinking, careful documentation review, and the ability to assess complex financial activity in alignment with anti-money laundering expectations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Review completed compliance alerts to determine whether prior closure decisions were appropriate under established risk standards, policies, and procedures.<br>• Conduct quality assessments of investigative work to confirm that case details are complete, accurate, and supported by relevant findings.<br>• Examine customer, account, and transaction information to identify whether available evidence was properly gathered and documented during alert reviews.<br>• Validate the inclusion and accuracy of key compliance records such as suspicious activity reporting details, currency transaction reporting information, and know-your-customer data.<br>• Analyze large volumes of information to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing elements that could affect investigative conclusions.<br>• Apply risk-based judgment when assessing alert outcomes and escalate concerns when documentation or rationale does not meet required standards.<br>• Maintain clear and organized review records that demonstrate the basis for quality decisions and support audit readiness.<br>• Partner with compliance and operations stakeholders to reinforce adherence to AML procedures and promote consistent review practices.
