  • We are looking for a Benefits Coordinator to join a Human Resources team in Colorado Springs, Colorado on a Contract assignment starting next week. In this role, you will help manage employee benefits and leave programs, provide day-to-day guidance to staff and managers, and support accurate, compliant administration of sensitive HR processes. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is organized, service-minded, and comfortable balancing detailed records, reporting needs, and employee communication in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee leave and accommodation cases from intake through resolution, ensuring each request is documented accurately and handled in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.<br>• Maintain organized records for absences, accommodations, and related benefits activity while safeguarding confidential employee information.<br>• Partner with Human Resources, payroll, people leaders, and external administrators to coordinate leave status updates, pay impacts, and case follow-up.<br>• Review leave trends and case data to prepare recurring reports, respond to audit requests, and support informed decision-making.<br>• Answer questions from employees and supervisors regarding eligibility, timelines, required documentation, and available benefit options.<br>• Create and refresh program materials, reference guides, and employee-facing communications to improve understanding of benefits and leave processes.<br>• Contribute to onboarding activities by assisting with benefits orientation and helping new hires understand available programs.<br>• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve documentation, and strengthen the efficiency of benefits and leave administration.<br>• Provide additional HR and benefits support on special assignments as business needs arise.
