This role involves managing the complete accounting cycle, including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, month-end close, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and providing critical financial insights to support strategic business decisions.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee the full range of accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.</p><p>• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with company standards.</p><p>• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely financial reporting.</p><p>• Maintain and enhance internal controls to protect company assets and ensure financial accuracy.</p><p>• Collaborate on the development of budgets and forecasts to guide strategic planning.</p><p>• Conduct financial analysis to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.</p><p>• Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals to ensure compliance and accuracy.</p><p>• Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local financial regulations.</p><p>• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting practices.</p><p><br></p><p>This role is 100% in office and will report to the President of the company. </p>
