We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to serve as a strategic partner to IT executive leadership in Westfield Center, Ohio. This Long-term Contract position focuses on guiding enterprise IT transformation efforts that strengthen operating effectiveness, improve financial visibility, and align technology priorities with business goals. The role centers on shaping strategy, governance, workforce planning, and organizational adoption across the IT function rather than leading technical implementations. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, sound judgment, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders through complex change. Responsibilities: • Partner with senior IT leaders to define and advance a forward-looking technology operating strategy that supports enterprise objectives. • Evaluate current financial, governance, and organizational practices within IT and recommend practical improvements that increase clarity and accountability. • Develop approaches for tracking technology spending across operational, growth, and transformation activities to support better investment decisions. • Work closely with finance and technology stakeholders to identify cost optimization opportunities and connect funding priorities to measurable business value. • Create capacity planning methods that help leadership understand resource availability, competing demand, and delivery constraints across the IT organization. • Support workforce planning initiatives by aligning roles, sourcing approaches, and team structures with long-term operational needs. • Design future-state governance models, decision-making frameworks, and leadership routines that improve prioritization and execution consistency. • Lead change adoption efforts that help IT teams and leaders embrace new ways of working and sustain transformation outcomes over time. • Communicate progress, risks, trade-offs, and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
