Manage user accounts, permissions, security groups, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 administration, and access control processes. Execute, monitor, and validate backup and recovery procedures supporting business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives. Assist with patching, system updates, vulnerability remediation, security hardening, and configuration changes. Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, lifecycle replacements, and technology expansion projects.
