This position is well suited for someone who enjoys turning financial data into clear recommendations and contributing to both routine planning cycles and special projects.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead budgeting and periodic forecast activities by gathering inputs, organizing assumptions, and helping management plan effectively.<br>• Create monthly financial reports, performance summaries, and dashboard views that give leaders a clear picture of business results.<br>• Examine financial performance against plans and historical trends, highlighting key drivers behind changes in revenue, cost, and profitability.<br>• Build and refine financial models and what-if analyses to support operational choices, investment decisions, and strategic planning.<br>• Prepare cash flow projections and assess working capital trends to help maintain strong liquidity visibility.<br>• Collaborate with operational teams to evaluate sales performance, gross margin, expenses, inventory movement, and other core metrics.<br>• Support analysis tied to a recently acquired business and assist with incorporating its financial data into company-wide reporting.<br>• Maintain and enhance spreadsheet-based tools and reporting models to improve accuracy, consistency, and usability.<br>• Partner with accounting to validate financial information and strengthen the reliability of reporting outputs.<br>• Deliver ad hoc analysis, business case support, and process improvement recommendations that increase financial transparency for management.
