Summary: <br>We are seeking a dynamic Field Recruiter located in our headquarters in Midland, TX. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full candidate life cycle across a variety of open roles, primarily in our Field Operations. They will partner closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring managers to identify hiring needs, screen applicants, coordinate interviews and manage offers. The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail oriented and have familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.<br><br>Job Duties and Responsibilities:<br>• Collaborate with HR business partners and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements<br>• Create and manage job requisitions within our ATS, Workday, and on external platforms<br>• Screen resumes and share strong candidates with appropriate hiring managers for review<br>• Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate in-person interviews with the hiring team<br>• Deliver excellent candidate experience to all candidate’s by providing timely updates and maintaining constant, transparent communication<br>• Partner with the HR business and compensation partners on new hire offer composition, followed by offer creation and extension<br>• Work with the HR associate on pre-employment screening and setting candidates up for new hire orientation<br>• Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives by participating in job fairs, community activities and other recruiting related events<br>• Assist with other hiring related projects as directed<br><br>Required Qualifications:<br>• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or another related field (or equivalent experience)<br>• 1+ years of recruiting, HR, or related experience<br>• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc…)<br>• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence<br>• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment<br> <br>Preferred Qualifications:<br>• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment<br>• Familiarity with Oilfield terminology<br>• Prior experience using Workday<br>• Bilingual – English and Spanish
